MAG with business spread over three countries, Syria, Spain and the United Arab Emirates, had set and organized its business into distinct groups under the control of the Management system that is in place:

1. Design: This group is responsible for the initial concept and design of all projects. The group is led by senior architects who have a proven track record in the industry.
2. Development: This group takes the designs from the design group and develops them into detailed plans. The group is made up of more junior architects who are able to bring new ideas and perspectives to the table.
3. Project Management: This group is responsible for the day-to-day management of all projects. The group has a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and procurement.
4. Administration: This group provides support to the other three groups. They handle tasks such as human resources, finance, and marketing.

The company also has an information center with a comprehensive materials computation and research laboratory. This center helps the architects to select the best materials for each project and to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in sustainable design.

Design Process
