Engineering design of the project related to all specialties (Architectural,

Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Landscaping) Construction

Supervision, Quality Control (QC), Project Planning.

Three fragmented approaches of bio sustainability design have emerged in this Project: economic, environmental and social.

We tried to adapt our daily life to the site and the trees also to the movement of the sun without moving our building or moving the trees.

Thinking ecologically in our design, as an adaptive system that incorporate feedback and change, Trying to solve the ecological problems, we designed energy efficient, socially responsible  Building.

sustainability also implies a way of building that is sensitive to its location and the culture that has shaped it.

Finding the best way to benefit from daylight and create interior and exterior living conditions for different types of users and different activities.

Trying to design a coherent bio design which grows from the site next to the trees and emerge on its nature environment, in order to have the possibilities of growing and expansions in the future.
