This competition was an architectural study with modern spirit for land

spaces, covering around 90 000 m2. It includes the main (commercial

– entertainment – cultural - touristic) service centre with the necessary

warehouses. In addition to the gardens, mosque, parking area etc

Roles and services are provided with the practice staff:

Engineering design of the project related to all specialties

(Architectural, Structural, HVAC and Landscaping)
