Description of project:

The site of the project is located on the eastern part of the city of Damascus, on the Damascus – Homs expanse.

Objective: To create an eastern get away for the city of Damascus through a wholesome urban, architectural, technical, and environmental study. With a spirit that creates an organization that combines between the local print and modernism. It also works on creating green areas and different service units that caters to the people residing in the area, and to the residents of the city of Damascus in general. The project is made up of 2 parts. The leisurely, the investment, and the services. Including parks areas specified for children and their games, restaurants, internet café, courts for different sports, and an amusement park. The second part which is the cultural part includes open air theatres, open air galleries and a zoo.
