Project Description

London, United Kingdom– September 25, 2012 – A distinguished judging panel of 8 international professional members announced that MAGLAB (Aref Maksoud Architects), Barcelona - Spain/Damascus - Syria, has won the 3rd place of architectural competition for the design of a dance school / Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. 

The jury that selected the winning design was comprised of the following international professional members:
Head Judge - Job Floris - Architect and co-founder of Monadnock, NETHERLANDS 
Judge 1 - Michael CATON - Architectural Designer and Educator, USA 
Judge 2 - Olllie PALMER - Lecturer Bartlett School of Architecture, LONDON
